I think handing in art way too late has become part of my style by now.
I had a lot fun with this drawing, partially because I did a bit of research for it. This is basically a combination of the search results "african fashion", "that one culture with the rings" and "ndebele". That tounge twister is a population of people in South-Africa that put rings around womens neck and draw those patterns (on her skirt) on their houses. These rings are actually not used to lengthen the neck, a population in asia does that, not this one.

Wow! This is so cool and colorful! I can clearly see that you´ve put a lot of effort into this drawing, especially with all those patterns on the skirt and the the bird! I´m really enthusiastic about the fact that you even made some research about her!
Well, in fact I love mixing cultures, and so I made this african woman with the neck rings (that I actually took from that asian population who uses them to lengthen their necks!). I actually want to use her for a comic, but I don´ really have time for this now xD
But returning to your drawing: thank you so so so so much for this beautiful drawing! I really love it! And don´t worry about the late submit
